Sales Terms and Conditions

By using this site and placing an order you are agreeing to our standard Terms, Conditions, and Privacy Policy.

Shipment

Order delivery times are specified by the shipping method you select during checkout. All of our items are custom made to order and the manufacturing process varies depending on the complexity and order volume. If you have a specific date requirement, just add a note to your order or use the "Contact Us" page to let us know. We will let you know if we can accommodate your request.

Discounts and Promotions

Coupons, discounts, specials, promotions, and sales are subject to change at any time.

Gift Certificates

Gift certificates purchased with a discount or gift certificates received as a prize in a sweepstake cannot be combined with other coupons, discounts, specials, promotions, or sales.

Cancellation

It's not likely, but sometimes you may have the need to cancel your order. If you contact us before we begin processing your order, you can cancel without any charges. If we have begun to process and make your custom items, there is a 30% cancellation fee.

Return Policy

  1. Cutomized Items - Customized Items cannot be returned. If there is any type of issue, defect, or error with your order, we will re-work, replace, or repair your order. It's not common for something like this to happen but you can be happy to know that we will do everything possible to rectify the situation. We must receive notice of the issue within 30 days of receiving your order. We must receive the item back within 15 days after notice.
  2. Non-Customized Items - Notify us for any reason that you want to return your order within 15 days after you receive your purchase and we will issue a full refund of the purchase price (not including shipping) provided the returned item is received no later than 30 days after the original order shipment date.

    Return Procedure
  1. Notify us of your return using the "Contact Us" web page. Please indicate your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. Package your return in a box with your contact information and copy of the invioce or order confirmation e-mail.
  3. Send the package by USPS with tracking, signature confirmation, and insurance to:
