Sales Terms and Conditions

By using this site and placing an order you are agreeing to our standard Terms, Conditions, and Privacy Policy.

Shipment

Order delivery times are specified by the shipping method you select during checkout. All of our items are custom made to order and the manufacturing process varies depending on the complexity and order volume. If you have a specific date requirement, just add a note to your order or use the "Contact Us" page to let us know. We will let you know if we can accommodate your request.

Discounts and Promotions

Coupons, discounts, specials, promotions, and sales are subject to change at anytime.

Gift Certificates

Gift certificates purchase with a discount or gift certicates received as a prize in a sweepstakes cannot be combined with other coupons, discounts, specials, promotions, or sales.

Cancellation

It's not likely, but sometimes you may have the need to cancel your order. If you contact us before we begin processing your order, you can cancel without any charges. If we have begun to process and make your custom items, there is a 30% cancellation fee.

Return Policy

A Great Return Policy in language you can understand. Pretty much every store that customizes Jewelry says that you can’t return it for any type of refund or exchange… period! That's where we are different. Here is our twist on returns:

  1. If there is any type of defect or error with your order, we will replace or repair your order 100%. It's not common for something like this to happen but you can be happy to know that we will do everything possible to rectify the situation, including paying for shipping. We must receive notice of the issue within 30 days of receiving your order. We must receive the item back within 15 days after notice.
  2. Notify us for any reason that you want to return your order within 15 days after you receive your purchase and we will refund 60% of the purchase price (not including shipping) provided the return item is received no later than 30 days after the original order shipment date.

    Return Procedure
  1. Notify us of your return using the "Contact Us" web page. Please indicate your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. We will send you a Return Authorization Number.
  3. Package your return with a copy of the Return Authorization Number e-mail.
  4. Send the package by USPS with tracking and insurance to:
