By using this site and placing an order you are agreeing to our standard Terms, Conditions, and Privacy Policy.


Shipment

Order normally ship in 2 - 6 days business days, but can take up to 10 days or more during holidays. Almost all of our items custom made orders and the manufacturing process varies depending on the complexity and order volume. If you have a specific date requirement, just add a note to your order or use the "Contact Us" page to let us know. We will let you know if we can accommodate your request.
Cancellation

It's not likely, but sometimes you may have the need to cancel your order. If you contact us before we begin processing your order, you can cancel without any charges. If we have begun to process and make your custom items, there is a 10% cancellation fee.

Return Policy

A Great Return Policy in language you can understand. Pretty much every store that customizes Jewelry says that you can’t return it for any type of refund or exchange… period! That’s where we are different. Here is our twist on returns:

  1. If there is any type of defect or error with your order, we will replace or refund your order 100%. It's not common for something like this to happen but you can be happy to know that we will do everything possible to rectify the situation, including paying for shipping. We must receive notice of the issue within 5 days of receiving your order.
  2. Notify us for any reason that you want to return your order within 15 days after you receive your purchase and we will refund 70% of the purchase price (not including shipping) provided the return item is received no later than 30 days after the original order shipment date.

    Return Procedure
  1. Notify us of your return using the “Contact Us” web page. Please indicate your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. We will send you a Return Authorization Number within 24 hours.
  3. Package your return with a copy of the Return Authorization Number e-mail.
  4. Send the package by USPS with tracking and insurance to:

    Return Guidelines - Requirements & Notes
  1. Returns will not be accepted without a Return Authorization Number and proper notice.
  2. Shipment must be made using USPS.
  3. You are responsible for the return shipping costs.
  4. We are not responsible for lost return packages and require you to have tracking and insurance on the return shipment.
Copyrights
If you are purchasing photo charms you are, by sending us your photo, verifying that you are the owner of the copyright to the material. We reserve the right to request confirmation that you are in fact the copyright owner. In any situation, we also reserve the right to refuse to make an item with a photo or image that is not clearly owned by the customer, offensive or of poor quality.
